| For everyone that was curious of the results from the project, below are some numbers pulled from the data logger. We should have it on the dyno in the next few weeks or so. The only snag in our data is we were using a 2 bar MAP so we are unsure where peak boost is at. The digital boost gauge reading was way off showing a peak of 13.2psi.
time through 2nd gear from rolling idle - 7.86 sec.
time to shift - 0.66 sec
time through 3rd gear - 3.85 sec.
time to 3rd gear redline from 2nd gear idle - 12.37 sec.
14.5 psi attained at 3.69 seconds into 2nd gear.
boost after shift comes on @ approx. 8 psi
approx 0.08 secs after boost comes back on, 14.5psi attained
average top end AFR @ WOT : 12.35:1
And for the few that were concerned about cooling...the temp was 90 degrees here yesterday and the engine temp never went over 210 sitting idle for almost 15 min. All in all, we are extremely happy with the build. I am going to take it and get lots of photos this evening and post tomorrow. Thanks to everyone that shared advice with the few little snags we ran into.
